CareBuilder uses unique matching software, inspired by Uber’s matching technology. Every alert or task is automatically linked to the right person, based on role, urgency, distance, availability, qualifications or preferences.

Thanks to advanced triage and escalation protocols, the system knows exactly who should respond and when. You can configure these protocols yourself using simple drag and drop tools, fully aligned with your organisation’s policies.

If an alert is not handled within the agreed time, it is automatically redirected to another person, team or care centre. This ensures that nothing is overlooked and every alert receives the right follow up.
