Caregivers

We are here for the Caregiver. Both in residential and home care, caregivers often have to gather information from multiple different sources before their shift can even begin. A paper diary for appointments, a digital reporting system, another for care plans, and contact details for relatives located elsewhere. Meanwhile, alarms go off, household tasks must be managed in between and administration simply piles up. The workday is fragmented, consisting of many errands and side tasks, while the primary focus should actually be on providing dedicated care to the client.

At CareBuilder, we see that care professionals often juggle too many responsibilities and are not helped by unexpected or unknown changes. Neither are they helped by tech solutions that fail to match daily practice or focus too much on a single task. This is why CareBuilder builds upon existing systems and focuses on what actually works.

Our approach starts by mapping out daily care: we make the day, week and month clear by translating all work into concrete and structured care activities. What needs to be done, how, when and by whom should the task be performed? To whom is the task sent if someone else cannot complete it and how is this evaluated? We do not replace caregivers, but instead create space for the essential human element of care.

All this information is stored centrally in the task library of our platform. This is a dynamic collection of all care related actions. From individual client tasks to group or department wide activities. Based on this, CareBuilder organises tasks into clear care packages; tailored to the type of care, the target group, support level and the specific living context. It enables caregivers to optimally align care with the specific needs of each individual client.

Give caregivers the space
for true human connection.

Reduce the daily workload by smartly centralising all administration and tasks into one clear and easy platform.
