Video-assisted Remote Support

CareBuilder provides high-quality video calls. Caregivers can remotely deliver high-quality care and help patients and healthcare staff everywhere.

The caregiver uses the Caregiver App or the Call Centre Portal to get into contact with the patient. The patient uses the Client Portal to call the caregivers. This can be, for example, at a fixed time of the week to see how the client is doing, or when the patient is sending an alarm. Caregivers can initiate (automatic) video calls after a patient has sent an alarm to evaluate the situation and provide remote support.

Based on the policy of your organisation you can choose to record all video calls during alarm situations. These can then be viewed again later.
