While the CB Carer Phone is primarily designed for on-site work, the CareBuilder Virtual Care Centre serves as the central platform for supporting clients remotely. Everything needed to respond safely, personally and efficiently to alerts, tasks or care requests is brought together in one clear and comprehensive system. Even when you are not physically present, you can still deliver the right care at the right time.

Everything Within Reach
Through an intuitive web interface, caregivers can manage all aspects of care. You receive real-time alerts, see scheduled tasks, and switch instantly between communication, follow-up, and reporting. Each signal is linked to the client’s care profile and follows a predefined protocol, so you always know what needs to be done and how to act.

Remote Support
Care professionals can act quickly through the Virtual Care Centre. You can accept, schedule or reschedule tasks, share content or control smart devices in clients’ homes remotely. In emergencies, the client’s camera can be activated automatically, and direct contact is established via video.
As a result, clients experience greater safety and independence, even outside scheduled care moments. For many users, the Virtual Care Centre soon feels familiar enough to serve as their first point of contact.
Smart Detection with AI Audio and Real-Time Listening
The Virtual Care Centre includes advanced AI-based acoustic monitoring. The system listens to sounds in the care environment in real time. When the sound level exceeds a set threshold or when the AI detects something unusual, such as coughing, crying, shouting or snoring, an immediate notification appears in the cockpit. You can listen live, assess whether action is needed and start a follow-up if required.
All detected sounds are automatically tagged with AI labels, allowing you to see instantly what is likely happening. This provides added safety, especially when clients cannot ask for help themselves or when remote observation is needed. Sounds can also be recorded automatically and linked to the client’s record or a specific care action.

The Virtual Care Centre is fully web-based and accessible from any location using a laptop or tablet. You have real-time insight into schedules, tasks and user statuses across all sites.
