Self-Care Starts Here

The CB HomeHub displays self-care reminders fully aligned with each client’s care profile. These appear at the right moment with clear icons, spoken instructions or short videos. Examples include “It’s time to take your medication” or “Put on your coat, the taxi is on its way.” The CB HomeHub shows not only what needs to be done, but also how and when, helping clients stay confident and supported in daily life.

The client can complete each task independently or request help with a single tap. If there is a refusal or no response, CareBuilder automatically forwards the task to a care professional or informal carer, ensuring follow-up is always guaranteed. This keeps the client in control without care professionals or family losing oversight.

Fully Aligned with the Care Profile

No client is the same. That is why the CB HomeHub is fully customisable to each individual care profile and personal situation. Some users benefit from a rich interface with video calling, music, messaging, family content and internet access. Others prefer a simplified layout, for example just a help button and a single contact option. Every element of the design, functionality and content is carefully adapted to what each client can manage, understand and requires.

Language, notification speed and type of support can all be adjusted to the user’s needs. This helps prevent overstimulation and ensures the system remains safe, intuitive and familiar for every user.

Help Is Always Nearby

The help button is always visible on the CB HomeHub. With just one tap, a client can ask for help at any moment. The request can be general or focused on a specific need, such as guidance during an exercise, help with medication or assistance while getting dressed. Each alert is automatically sent to the right staff member, who can respond immediately through the CB Carer Phone or the CareBuilder CareCockpit. If needed, a video call starts automatically, allowing direct contact without anyone having to come in person.

Smart Detection through AI Audio

The CB HomeHub features advanced AI audio and environmental listening technology that continuously analyses sounds in real time. When it detects unusual noises such as shouting, crying or signs of distress, it can automatically send a notification or trigger an alarm. This intelligent monitoring provides an additional layer of safety, particularly in situations where a client cannot call for help themselves. All audio is handled discreetly and used only to ensure a fast, appropriate and reliable response.

Personal and Familiar

In addition to supporting care tasks, the CB HomeHub offers a trusted environment with personalised content. This can include favourite music, photo albums, family videos, games or access to YouTube and news feeds. Messages from loved ones, calendar items and appointment reminders can also be displayed. All content is delivered securely within a personalised and easy-to-navigate interface.
