Patients receive reminders when it is time for medication on their Client Portal. Trough question forms on the Client Portal, patients are asked to confirm that they have taken their medication.
There is also the option to integrate smart medicine dispensers with CareBuilder. If the medication is not taken on time, new reminders are sent on the patient’s Client Portal. A report can also be sent to the relevant caregiver or family member if the client does not take his medication within a certain time.
