It takes into account your role, location, availability, qualifications and preferences.

The app only displays tasks and alerts that are directly relevant to you. No unnecessary information, but clear and actionable signals you can respond to right away. You can support remote care if needed, yet the app is primarily designed for on-site staff who want to know exactly what to do and how to do it most effectively.

In practice, this Means:

When an alert comes in, only the authorised and available staff member receives a notification. The CB Carer Phone automatically opens the correct screen, showing where to go, what is happening and which actions are required. For each task, you receive clear instructions and protocols, including any supporting videos or manuals. Nearby colleagues are also visible, so you know who you can call on for help.
 

For urgent alerts, the app automatically starts a video call if needed. During execution, the system records the time you spend automatically. If you cannot complete the task yourself, you can easily return or forward it to a colleague. This keeps the workload manageable and ensures quality remains consistent.
